Maddisun is free-spirited indie/alternative artist from BC, Canada. Maddisun channels classic rock + Canadiana vibes in her music, with a unique and eclectic twist. She focuses heavily on her strong and soulful vocals, that expand over a wide range of styles and tones. Maddisun is clearly a very versatile and unique artist. With an easy going yet hard working demeanor, Maddisun is sure to bring good vibes wherever she goes. Maddisun released her debut album "Self Reflections" this August, supported by a Creative BC grant. An instantly gripping and continually enjoyable collection of smartly-crafted songs (covering a wide soundscape of grooves and styles) that showcases not only the maturity of her introspective, revealing lyrics, but also how her nakedly autobiographical stories are delivered emotionally through her expressive voice. Maddisun retreated to the off-grid Sincerity Sound Studio to work in the mountains and complete the record.
